On Mrs. Trump’s agenda is a visit to a hospital neonatal intensive care unit after which she plans to have tea with Ghana’s first lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo, in the presidential palace.

The main aim of the five-day four-nation trip is to promote health care and education programs run by the U.S. foreign aid organization, as well as to strengthen diplomatic relations. Melania will also be visiting Malawi, Kenya, and Egypt.

The first lady stepped out of a plane, wearing a red and white striped dress by Celine, which she paired with white high heels.
