Blatant Abuse Of Public Money? Prince Edward Is Accused Of Taking A £37,000 Private Jet For A 133-Mile Trip Instead Of A £250 Train Ride

Prince Edward used to be the third in line to the throne the day he was born. Now, he is way back on the list, but that doesn’t seem to bother him a lot. He is the fourth child of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. Edward was born in 1964. He has two children of his own together with Sophie Rhys-Jones.

It is said the prince has traveled between Tamworth, Staffs, and Poole, Dorset, and according to a private jet company, the jet’s cost is estimated at £37,150 for a one-way trip. The same distance could have been covered for £250 by train.

Whether it was a wise decision or not, it’s not up to us to say, but the prince must have had his reasons to spend so much of public money.
