Meghan Markle knows how to impress! Every new occasion her stylists come up with a new but even more stunning outfit. This time, it was the start of the Royal Ascot. And the Duchess of Sussex has made her debut and stole the show right away.
Her gorgeous monochromatic shirt dress was the talk of the event, and that’s all owing to Givenchy again. It’s the same designer she chose for her wedding dress.
The white and black outfit looked exceptionally classy, and together with Prince Harry, they made a perfect couple.
At first glance, it was a drop of something new in the Royal Ascot fashion, but when looking a bit closer, Meghan’s outfit bears a striking resemblance to what Princess Diana wore at the same event back in 1986.

32 years ago, Princess Diana looked outstanding in her pure white outfit, which she complemented with white heels and a white hat. The only thing her daughter-in-law added to her outfit was the touches of black – black heels and a black and gold clutch bag.
What is more, it’s not the first time Meghan’s outfits look quite similar to those of Princess Diana. For example, just recently, Meghan Markle was spotted in Oscar de la Renta gown, which looked quite similar to the one Princess Diana wore during her visit to Saudi Arabia in 1986. Both dresses had similar coloring and pattern.
How do you think is it a good idea for Meghan to copy Princess Diana’s outfits?
