Khloe Kardashian’s Trainer Reveals How She Is Getting Back In Shape After Giving Birth To A Baby

When you look at postpartum pictures of Khloé Kardashian, it’s hard to believe that she gave birth to her baby girl True a bit more than 3 months ago. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has already dropped 33lb, and she doesn’t intend to stop there!

Soon after welcoming her daughter in April, the 34-year-old returned to the workout grind. Now, she’s ready to bring it to the next level and start working out 5 to 6 times a week together with her long-time trainer Gunnar Peterson.

The fitness expert has worked with Khloé for more than 5 years. And as he revealed to Us Weekly, he’s really proud of what the designer achieved:

She gets the template. She was with me for years, nonstop, every single day.

He also added that another reason behind her slim body and great spirits is a healthy diet. The fitness guru encourages all of his clients to consult nutritionists for a personalized diet plan.

What will her workout sessions include?

Apart from cardio or high intensity intervals, Gunnar Peterson is likely to add the following to the program:

A StairMaster HIIT-mill, where it’s at 11 percent incline, a StairMaster UB which is an upper body one, a straight run on a treadmill or toe touches to a step with a medicine overhead. We do that for 30 seconds, 45 seconds, 60 seconds or up to two minutes.

Actually, the full-body workout that helped Khloé lose so much weight is pretty doable

The youngest of the Kardashian trio likes to use a BOSU ball for different moves, and she enjoys mixing up her activities, including circuit training, hot yoga, boxing, and other things.

And since all of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters are famous on social media, Khloé might also use workouts as a way to compete with them.
