It looks like Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding put an end to a long-lasting feud between two members of the royal family. For the first time in 20 years, Prince Philip and Sarah Ferguson were pictured together in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The war is over?!
On Friday, the whole world witnessed a marvelous wedding ceremony of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank at Windsor Castle.
All the members of the British Royal family were in attendance, including Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh and his former daughter-in-law, Sarah Ferguson.
As you know, Philip and Sarah are on pretty cold terms (some people even use the term “enemies” here) since her divorce with Prince Andrew.
Duke of Edinburgh couldn’t forgive ‘Fergie’ for a scandal that arose following her split from Andrew. For more than 20 years, Ferguson has been estranged from the royal family.
However, such a great occasion as her daughter Princess Eugenie’s wedding seemed to bring peace in Sarah’s relationship with her former father-in-law.
For the first time in two decades, Sarah and Philip were pictured together in the official portrait. In the picture, Sarah stands next to Philip, and they both are all smiles.
What does a body language expert say?
According to the body expert, Judi James, Philip’s behavior toward ‘Fergie’ changed at the wedding. Duke was warm and polite in respect to Ferguson.
She got quite the look from Philip, he smiled at her at least twice, almost as if he had planned to greet her warmly.
It’s always nice to hear when two people, who don’t like each other that much, are capable to forget about their feud for a good reason.
