Date May 14, 2018 13:32

Donald Trump and Barack Obama shared touching posts to the moms on social media. Both messages are quite different but adorably heart-melting.

Obama's wishes

Barack Obama lost his mother back in 1995. The former US president described the last memories about her influence in the second edition of his book Dreams of My Father. Even though Barack Obama wasn’t already able to congratulate his mom, he didn’t forget to wish his wife, the mother of his kids, as well his mother-in-law, Marian Robinson, all the best.

Michelle also mentioned her closest woman in the post on Sunday.

Trump's congratulations

Donald Trump was more extensive on congratulations. The 45th American president shared a video, mentioning this Sunday as the most important day of the year. Donald talked about his mother, Mary Anne, and told the people how much she had done for him and his current state:

I learned so much from my mother, she was just incredible, warm, loving, really smart, could be tough if she had to be but basically she was a really nice person. I miss her a lot.

Trump said he was happy to congratulate all mothers and grandmothers; however, he didn’t particularly mention his wife Melania in the speech.
