Thankfully, she returned to her duties a few days later by looking well, and fans got to breathe a collective sigh of relief. The health of Her Majesty has been a concern for a while now. Only recently, she underwent eye surgery, and reports say she has some problems with her knees.

However, the Queen is not showing any signs of slowing down or even stopping. On Tuesday evening, she attended a reception for the RAF at the Holyrood Palace in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Looking quite stunning in a turquoise dress, she had a warm smile for all at the gathering. Her Majesty is the honorary Air Commodore of the RAF, and she mingled with members of the Edinburgh's 603 Squadron Royal Auxiliary Air Force.

The diner is part of a week of activities marking the Holyrood Week. On Monday, the Queen attended the Ceremony of Keys in Edinburgh where Edinburgh Lord Provost Frank Ross offered the Queen the keys to the city.

Meanwhile, fans of the Queen continue to comment on her appearance at the event. Some pointed out the way she always seems to pick the right colors for her outfits. Others commented on how healthy and happy she looked at the evening event.

Some Britons are still wondering if Her Majesty keeps to her word and remains the sovereign for as long as she lives or she will step down. If her current state of health and activity are anything to go by, Britain may have to wait a while to crown a new monarch. Long live the Queen!
