She's committed to fighting modern slavery

Recently, she was at the Change Makers Summit in London where she shared with Global GoalsCast what she and her best friend of 13 years, Julia de Boinville, are doing to fight modern slavery.

Her interest in fighting slavery was triggered after a 2013 trip to India. She and her mom, Sarah Ferguson, travelled with her bestie Julia to Calcutta where they were introduced to the Women's Interlink Foundation, concerned with rehabilitating trafficked girls.

People are applauding her

Eugenie said the trip to India was eye-opening and inspired them to set up an anti-slavery collective that has since collaborated with Top Shop to raise awareness through fashion.

She also shared a touching encounter with a 21-year-old girl who was trafficked to Manchester by her next door neighbor. And people online are applauding Eugenie for trying to change the world instead of being preoccupied with planning a royal wedding.

But, she is really just following the examples of her good-hearted family. The royals are all very committed to supporting charity efforts and do their best to make the world a better place. Agreed?
