Catherine Zeta-Jones' 15-Year-Old Daughter Reveals She Was Cruelly Bullied Because Of Her Father’s Age And Opens Up About Her Career

Recently, Michael Douglas became a grandfather for the first time, when his son Cameron welcomed a child with his girlfriend. The Hollywood superstar revealed that being grandpa is not as fun as he imagined it to be because he still “got a kid in the house.”

The 73-year-old actor is talking about his 15-year-old daughter, Carys. As it turned out, the teenager is not having a great time either. Carys revealed she was bullied at school because of her father’s age.

A rare interview

Catherine Zeta-Jones and her beautiful daughter, who looks almost exactly like her famous mom, appeared on the cover of Town & Country magazine.

The issue features a rear interview with 15-year-old where the teenager revealed she suffered from bullying over her dad's age when she was studying at school. She said:

People would be like 'Your grandpa’s here to pick you up.'

Carys also talked about her acting career saying she wants people to know her for her work, not for her parents.

I feel I need to constantly prove myself to people—that I am not just my parents’ daughter.

 She doesn’t want everyone to think that her name gets things handed to her, which is not true as she works really hard. And for that, we can’t help but respect the aspiring actress.
