On Sunday, Joanna shared the first photo with her baby boy. In the sweet picture, the proud mother is looking at her little son, while they are still in the hospital. Joanna described the emotional moment:

Our baby boy is here and we couldn’t be more in love. He made an unexpected (and speedy) entrance into the world two and a half weeks early — which is fitting given he was a sweet surprise from day one. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. We are so grateful.

The baby’s name is revealed!

Just a couple of months before giving birth, the Gaines still didn’t settle on the name for their future baby. The couple has some kind of tradition considering their kids’ names: both of their sons' names start with a D, and girls' names start with the letter E.

Numerous fans thought that this time, Chip and Joanna would also stick to the tradition, but the parents surprised everyone. Are you ready to know the boy’s name? Drumroll, please! It’s Crew Gaines!

The rest of the family couldn’t wait to see the newcomer and went to meet Crew in the hospital. Joanna captured that heart-melting moment too.

We are so happy for Chip and Joanna. Our best wishes to their wonderful family. Welcome to the big world, baby Crew!
