New challenge for ‘Alaskan Bush People’

Alaskan Bush People stars have returned on TV screens with a new season. No doubt, it was one of the most long-awaited premieres. The new episodes focus on the Brown family’s life, following Ami’s cancer battle.

But the things are not getting easier with our beloved Brown family. Matt Brown made a revelation that he’s starting a treatment for substance abuse. It was a hard decision to make for the young man. The reality star said in an interview with People:

I struggle with substance abuse, and after a year of ups and downs, I decided to return to treatment. I’m really grateful for everyone’s support and hope to have my life back on track soon.

Fortunately, the Browns’ eldest son has a support of his entire family, and particularly, his mother Ami who was diagnosed with cancer a year ago but managed to defeat the fatal disease.

Ami said:

It’s hard not having one of my babies here with us. He was so strong for me, and I want to be strong for him.
