After watching the royal wedding, Emilia Wickstead was very surprised to see Meghan wearing a rip-off of her own gown.

The Duchess of Sussex’ dress was created by the fashion house of Givenchy’s artistic director Clare Waight Keller and worth £200,000. The dress was kept under a big secret and was revealed on the wedding day.

Wickstead commented:

Her dress is identical to one of our dresses. Apparently, a lot of commentators were saying, 'It’s an Emilia Wickstead dress.’

Then Kate’s favorite designer went on criticizing the dress:

If you choose a simple design the fit should be perfect. Her wedding dress was quite loose.

She had a dig on Meghan’s hair as well, saying:

I was like, “Hold the wisps [of her hair] back — it’s a Royal Wedding for God’s sake.

Despite her comments, many people expressed their admiration for Meghan’s wedding dress, including celebrities like Paris Hilton, who said she “loved” her look.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery’ isn’t it?
