But on June 28 this year, the cruel weather forced her to pull out of a morning service at St. Paul's Cathedral. She had reportedly fallen victim to a mild summer cold. In relevance to this, Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams gave a statement to Express UK that soothed the worried folks:

Everyone knows about the heavy security personnel, but there is another thoughtful measure that the royals take quite seriously. The Queen’s traveling entourage normally comprises of 34 people who logistically arrange her visits topped with her needs. As revealed by Gordon Ryan, a royal expert, the constant companion of her all tours is a tried and tested doctor with proper official prestige.
According to Telegraph UK, the appointed Royal Navy doctor remains on guard with the Queen on all tours. He examines and researches about the nearest hospitals and health hazards of the area beforehand. In countries where a reliable blood donation source is questionable, the Queen and the Prince Philip both travel with their own personal packs of matched blood wherever they go.
Their doctor is never more than a few paces away from the Queen. He is conditioned to carry a bulky medical bag containing a mobile defibrillator and all kinds of emergency supplies with him at all times. All of this without being in plain public's sight. Bravo!
What happens in case of the Queen's demise?
The royals have calculated all steps in advance, in case of any emergent tragedy. If the Queen ever fell ill, the same doctor will be in charge. He will look after his royal patient, control access to her room and consider what information should be made public.
According to The Guardian, the moment Her Majesty chooses to retire, Prince Charles will be the King of England, and he is already in training for the role. His siblings will kiss his hands to accept his reign. The first official to deal with the news will be Sir Christopher Geidt, the Queen's trusted secretary.
