Beth Chapman found out she had stage 2 throat cancer last year in September, and now she got another shocking bit of news: The cancer returned.

Despite a serious medical procedure, the 51-year-old Beth refused to follow doctors' advice and left LA. Her husband, Duane 'Dog' Chapman, said his wife was adamant:

They told us they didn’t want her to leave the hospital, but she was adamant, she just wanted to be home. We have the test results coming in tomorrow.

65-year-old Dog provided an update about Beth’s health:

They say the cancer follows the path of least resistance, so it goes downward. Half of her lung was full of water. But she’s much more comfortable now [that] she can breathe, but she just wanted to come back to Colorado, she loves it here.

Of course, both Beth and Dog feel extremely nervous as they wait for the biopsy. Dog said:

Yes, I’m nervous about the test results tomorrow. It’s like you kinda know what’s gonna happen, but you’re hoping and praying it’s not.
