Jessica Mulroney

Mulroney had earned the title of Meghan’s best friend a long time ago. Although the two ladies live not only in different countries but in different continents, they are still very close. Jessica’s kids even joined the adorable bridesmaids team on Meghan’s wedding in May.

Jake Warren

Jake Warren might be unfamiliar for many royal fans, but he is one of Princess Diana’s godsons. He and Harry have been friends since school and grew up together, which suggests he has all the chances to become the godparent of the ginger royal’s firstborn.

Serena Williams

The future Duchess and the tennis star first met at the Super Bowl back in 2010. Since then, their friendship has been only flourishing. Serena, who was amongst the guests on Meghan and Harry’s wedding, has been publically supporting Meghan with kind words, whilst Meghan has been supporting her during her matches.

Princess Eugenie

Eugenie is a fair contestant, as she and Prince Harry have a close bond which started since their childhood. Harry’s first cousin might be the reason why her mother, Sarah Ferguson, was invited to his royal wedding, as she wasn’t amongst the guests on Prince William and Kate’s nuptials.

Speaking of Kate and William, the two are definitely not on our list because the British tradition states that uncles and aunts can’t be the godparents since they already play an important role in the child’s life. And the Brits love their traditions, so we won’t argue with them.

If you want to know the possible names list, Harry’s father, Prince Charles, hinted that Edna and Les won’t stand a chance, whilst Kylie and Shane might have a shot. Do you have any suggestion?
