“No Judges Or Court Cases”: Donald Trump Makes An Update About Illegal Immigration

Donald Trump’s immigration policy and deportation rules have caused lots of discussions in society. In fact, the problem of illegal immigration was among the key points of Trump’s presidential campaign. Many people consider it to be ironic, as the US president’s first and third wives are immigrants.

In his recent statement, Trump stated that those people who enter the US illegally should be sent back to their countries without any judicial process.

Nevertheless, legal analysts and immigrant rights advocates claim this decision would violate the US Constitution.

On his Twitter account, Donald Trump wrote:

We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country. When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back from where they came.


And continued:

Cannot accept all of the people trying to break into our Country. Strong Borders, No Crime!

It is unclear whether this statement concerns people who seek asylum. Sherrilyn Ifill, the president of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, said:

The president of the United States has just forcefully proposed the end of political asylum and no due process for migrants.
