How to overcome addiction
First of all, let’s figure it out what an addiction is. It’s a brain disorder when a person simply can’t resist a certain type of negative behavior (including the use of different substances).

Most often, addiction is caused by depression. So, how to prevent a tragedy until it’s too late? Here are some useful rules to know:
1. Set goals on a daily basis. Make your goal something that you can succeed at, like doing a delicious meal every other day.
2. Eat healthily. No need to remind that a healthy mind is in a healthy body.
3. Do physical exercises. Intense physical activity will help you distract from other worries.

4. Sleep enough. Lack of good sleep has a negative impact on our mood. A person becomes irritable and grumpy for no reason.
5. Don’t keep the negative thoughts to yourself. Find someone to talk about your fears and worries.
6. Do not neglect to ask for a professional help. There is nothing here to be ashamed of.

And the most important! Remember that life is wonderful and full of bright moments! Let’s value it!
