The actors in question play the roles of Lucille Bluth and George Bluth, Sr., respectively. The plot revolves around a fictitious family who was formerly wealthy and is now habitually dysfunctional. They were once at the height of real estate development in California. But when their business went broke, they suddenly ended up penniless with all their assets frozen.

Harassment allegation

Jessica has accused Tambor of verbal harassment. According to her, he shouted at her in a very ill manner that shook her to the core. All cast members, including Tony Hale, Jason Bateman, David Cross, and Jeffrey Tambor himself, sat down together to have a frank discussion about it.

The actress was constantly crying and sobbing while her male co-stars tried to defend Tambor's behavior. Bateman vigorously deemed this issue 'not a big deal', saying:

In the entertainment industry, it is incredibly common to have people who are difficult.

It was declared to be brave on Ms. Walter's part to stand up for herself anyway. Reportedly, her action and voice against the horrible treatment did have the effect of straightening up Tambor. She told The New York Times, as Variety reports:

He never crossed the line on our show, with any, you know, sexual whatever. Verbally, yes, he harassed me, but he did apologize. I have to let it go. And I have to give you a chance to, you know, for us to be friends again.

Thomas Sadoski supported her

Jessica Walters was rigidly supported by Thomas Sadoski. He condemned Tambor's attitude quite aggressively. He also seemed disturbed by this incident going on throughout Hollywood. He captioned:

This is Jessica Walter. She is a national treasure. It was an honor and a privilege to work with her.I don’t care who you think you are, screaming at someone isn’t part of the business.

It's truly admirable how he is taking the legendary actress's side. What's your take on the situation?
