Since 1991, when the Back To The Future star found out about the condition, he has been an advocate for Parkinson's disease and any possible cure.

Rare outing

Michael J. Fox was spotted in a loosely-fitted hoodie, jeans, and a black jacket walking across the road with a cane. The actor tried to put the hood and wear glasses to remain low-key, but fans and paparazzi still captured such a rare outing.

Meanwhile, Michael’s appearance comes just days after he got his first tattoo – a sea turtle. He didn't state the purpose and the meaning of the ink, so he just posted the snap with the caption, "First tattoo, sea turtle, long story."

The Back To The Future star constantly participates and raises awareness about Parkinson's disease at his foundation’s fundraiser, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, and other organizations, as well.

How do people live with such a disease?

You've got to accept the fact that you have it and try to enjoy life while you can. Life is pretty short, and we all should take the best of it. Michael J. Fox states:

I’ve learned an exercise that will prolong my ability to operate positively in the world. It helps me think - the physical motion creates intellectual motion.
