He was a man who knew exactly what he wanted and went after it. Nicholas Parsons dies

It has now been announced that the famous TV presenter has passed away at the age of 96.

According to a statement issued by his agent and obtained by ITV, the BBC Radio 4 presenter died on January 28th after experiencing a short illness.

It was revealed that he was surrounded by his family "who will miss him enormously."
