In the afternoon of September 13, a judge ruled out the verdict against Felicity Huffman. She was sentenced to 14 days in prison. Moreover, she's to pay $30,000 in fine and would be on supervised release for one year. The actress will also have to serve 250 hours of community service.

She aims to win back her fans

Prior to receiving judgment, Felicity emotionally apologized for her criminal venture and said she deserves the punishment she's about to get. While she made the confession, her husband William H. Macy started to sob.

A source disclosed to People magazine, that the A-lister is ready to repay and then, move forward. She accepts the karma and is humbled by the whole experience. It's not a victory or defeat for her, neither she is relieved or disappointed by it.

The insider further revealed Huffman's desire to reconcile:

Felicity knows she has a lot of work ahead of her to heal her family and win back the trust of the public, her colleagues and friends. She hopes the public will give her a second chance.
