Priscilla Presley Says Her Children Are Her No. 1 Achievement In Life And Not A 6-Year Marriage To Elvis

Priscilla Presley is a businesswoman and actress. She rose to fame after her 6-year marriage to the late King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley.

The woman who is known for turning her ex-husband's estate into a million-dollar tourist attraction is now opening up about her greatest accomplishments.

Priscilla’s children

Priscilla and Elvis Presley got married in Las Vega back in 1967. Sadly, they got divorced six years later. The couple welcomed a daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, who was born on February 1 in 1968.

The actress also has a son, Navarone Anthony Garibaldi, from her relationship with former long-term partner businessman Marco Garibaldi. Navarone born on March 1, 1987, is a musician.

Her no. 1 achievement

Priscilla Presley is opening up about her no. 1 achievement in life. Speaking to Style Blue Print, the mother of two revealed that her greatest accomplishment which she is most proud of is her kids.

She said:

My children, but also Graceland — it’s a very, very special place. I feel very proud that people have received it so well. People go once or twice or 15 times because they can’t get enough.

I think keeping it intact the way he lived — that’s what I always wanted for the fans … to get that feeling that he had when he walked into his home, where he felt comfortable, where he felt loved as an entertainer and Memphian.

Priscilla and Elvis got married in 1967. However, they divorced in 1972 but still remained very close until his death.

The pair met when Priscilla was just 14 years old, and he was 25 at a party in Germany. Four years later, the teenage girl moved in with the King of Rock and Roll.

Priscilla Presley about family values

The actress describing what her family values are said the institution means a lot to her. In an interview with Guardian, Priscilla noted:

I think it's important for children to have family that are close, present and to know that they have that support.

Priscilla is very proud of her children and has also worked very hard to preserve the legacy of Elvis Presley.
