‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Star Todd Breaks His Silence On Feud With Estranged Daughter Lindsie: "This Is Her Moment For Her To Say Whatever She Wants To Say"

For some time now the Chrisley family has been in the middle of a major controversy. And from the looks of things, the drama is far from over.

Todd and Julie Chrisley are stars of the reality series Chrisley Knows Best which follows the over-the-top lifestyle of the family. The reality TV stars were reported to have been indicted for tax evasion and other financial charges.

On August 14, the couple, however, turned themselves in after being indicted by a federal grand jury. The Chrisley Knows Best stars reported to the FBI and had their first court appearance.

Todd breaks his silence

The reality star is finally speaking on the family feud with his estranged daughter, Lindsie amid the legal drama going on.

On a recent episode of their podcast, Chrisley Confessions, Todd says he's ready to "forgive" his eldest daughter. The reality star noted he is going to pardon Linsie for her allegations of extortion and alleged involvement in his indictment.

He said:

Now as far as our oldest daughter Lindsie goes, I will say to you that we are saying nothing other than that we love Lindsie. She will always be my daughter, that will never change, she is my first-born child. She is loved and this is her moment for her to say whatever she wants to say, regardless of whether or not it's true or not.

Todd continued:

She's forgiven for what has happened in the last week-to-ten days, she is forgiven for what has happened in the investigation, that she has contributed to. She is forgiven for what she is going to do today or tomorrow. At the end of the day, I am her father. And clearly the feelings I have had for her entire life are not reciprocal.

TMZ is reporting that Lindsie had filed a police report alleging that her father and brother, Chase Chrisley, were threatening to release a tape if she didn't lie about a certain "incident."

Father and daughter relationship wasn't easy

Lindsie Chrisley is the daughter of the reality star and his high-school sweetheart and ex-wife, Teresa Terry. Since 2017, Todd’s eldest daughter has been estranged from the rest of her family.

It was also reported that Lindsie had allegedly been a source to the authorities regarding her parent’s indictment.

We hope this family drama would be resolved soon.
