Iconic singer and rock star Eddie Money shared some unpleasant news with his multiple fans. Money has been diagnosed with esophageal cancer.

The singer found out about his diagnosis last fall during a regular checkup. In a year, the disease has spread to his liver.

Eddie confessed it was “really, really hard” for him to discover he has stage 4 cancer. Though the singer’s health saw a decline within the last few months, he still remains optimistic and says his fate is “in God’s hands.”
