Now Is A Good Time To Know Jennifer Lawrence's Charming Groom-To-Be: Wedding's This Weekend!

Date October 18, 2019

Earlier in February, the world was informed about Jennifer Lawrence's engagement to Cooke Maroney. The two are already looking forward to their wedding. It feels like the perfect time to know the actress's husband-to-be.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that the couple's nuptials will be a low-key ceremony. They are down-to-earth individuals who will avoid a "stuffy" or "pretentious" atmosphere. Jennifer and Cooke have a traditional setting in mind. They mainly just want to share their love with friends and family - to express their happiness to those closest to them.

Who's the lucky guy?

Let's add up to the knowledge of Jen's groom. They are to exchange vows this weekend on Rode Island and it's our chance to know about Cooke beforehand. He works at the prestigious Gladstone 64 gallery in New York.

Maroney has an artist's spirit and doesn't seem like the one to hold grudges. On the Premiere of The favorite, he acted cool with his fiance's ex Nicholas Hoult.

The family background is also interesting. His parents, James Maroney and Suki Fredericks, own Oliver Hill Farm in Vermont, where Cooke grew up. So, our guy has a good sense of belonging. An insider shared:

He is fun, super social and a really hard worker. He is always up for a good time and never seems to miss a party.
