When a mother-to-be experiences a miscarriage, it can turn into a nightmare. Jools Oliver knows first-hand what the traumatic experience can be like. Now, she’s paying tribute by reflecting on her own loss.

Jools opens up about two miscarriages

As a mother of five children, she experienced two miscarriages. At the age of 17, she was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Jools revealed she experienced a miscarriage when she was three months pregnant back in 2017.

Speaking to Mail Online she said:

I had a miscarriage at three months, which makes you so worried once you are pregnant again - it makes it impossible to enjoy the early stages of pregnancy.

Emotional tribute

The wife of celebrity chef Jamie Oliver paid an emotional tribute in honor of Baby Loss Awareness Week. She reflected on her heartbreaking miscarriages and the loss of her friend's babies.

The designer took to Instagram and posted an image of candles and pictures to pay tribute to women who lost their babies. She wrote in the caption:

A wave of light for all the families who have been affected by baby loss in any way. Our candle shining brightly as always for our lovely friend's little baby Archie, always remembered, and friends who I know who have lost their precious babies. And to us, our little stars in the sky shine bright.

Back in 2017, Jools opened up about how badly her miscarriage affected other pregnancies. The mom of five revealed she was afraid and worried about every stage before the child was born.
