Living in the White House might sound like a fairytale for some people, but it, in fact, can be hurtful as there is always the time when the family has to move out. Malia and Sasha Obama's tearful moment

Michelle Obama revealed some behind-the-scene moments of how her two daughters spent their last hours at the White House — and they were remarkably typical for a pair of teenagers.

Malia and Sasha Obama, 21 and 18 respectively, said farewell to their previous home with pizza night and a slumber party with friends, according to the former first lady.

"They had a sleepover, because of course on Inauguration Day, because my girls are so normal, they're like, 'Well, eight girls are gonna be sleeping here because it's our last time, and we want pizza and we want nuggets.' And it's like, really?"

- Michelle Obama shared.

"They're all crying and they have their teddy bears and they're moving slow and I'm like, 'You've got to get up and get out of this house,'"

- she added.

The former First Lady also said it was difficult for the girls to leave the only home they had known for the past eight years.

"So that moment of transition, right before the doors opened and we welcomed in the new family, our kids were leaving out the back door in tears, saying goodbye to people,"

But she joked that she had to remain composed while welcoming the new occupants of the White House.

"I didn't want to have tears in my eyes because people would swear I was crying because of the new president,"

she said.

Other former First Kids supported them

While the girls could hardly manage their stress there were a lot of the other former First Kids to support them. For instance, Michelle intimated that she "loves" Jenna and Barbara Bush and Chelsea Clinton "for what kind of support they provided" to her daughters.

"They always had their backs. Somebody went after them in the press, Jenna would get in there and say something. Chelsea would send a tweet out, and that made a big difference.”

All in all, loohing at the girl's life today it seems that they don't regret anything and feel absolutely happy to be where they are.
