Olivia is rejecting the morbid side of her disease in an inspirational manner. While talking to Closer Weekly, she explained that death is unavoidable but, cancer won't be the end of her. The diva said:

Something is going to get me one day. It’s not going to be this [breast cancer] in my mind!

She went on to spread the message of positivity and demonstrated sheer optimism. For her daughter, Chloe's sake, Olivia admitted that she wants to "live long and healthy". Moreover, cancer has only transformed her and widened her vision. She elaborated:

It just makes you more aware and more grateful. So it’s been a blessing in many ways.

She's battled the disease multiple times

Newton-John informed her fans of her cancer diagnosis, last year. What came as a shock was that she's is fighting it for the third time. The actress first dealt with it in 1992. But, when it came around the second time in 2013, she kept it private. Olivia treated it with natural medications.
