At the time of the interview, he revealed that he had to go in every three months to get "the precancerous things removed," but in his opinion, "it was all worth it."

Two years earlier, he reiterated to the Associated Press that his skin cancer was due to "misspent youth." Here, he also gave some important health advice as well.

Anyone who spends a great deal of time in the sun, or spent time in the sun, should see a dermatologist once or twice a year.

Bob Barker today seems to still be going strong, and as for his health, things appear to be looking good there as well.

This talented man gave three and a half decades of his life to one of the most celebrated shows on TV. He has gained dedicated fans over the years and now that he's laying low, it's understandable that people are worried about him. But from the looks of things, he's doing just fine. And considering his commitment to years of good TV, he certainly deserves his rest.
