This Morning star Holly Willoughby has been happily married to her husband Dan Baldwin since 2007, but recently she had to defend herself against the way their romance started.

Holly shuts down workplace romance haters

On Tuesday, This Morning hosts started a discussion about workplace romance after finding a story about a McDonald's employee that got fired for having a relationship with a co-worker.

The show's psychologist Emma Kenny started giving the audience advice on how to act if they find themselves involved in an office affair, when Willoughby chimed in:

I met Dan at work, guilty! It's quite a normal way to meet someone. It doesn't always have to be some sort of illicit affair. It can be quite a lovely, nice thing.

Her co-host Phillip Schofield supported Holly and said he also met his wife Steph at work.

Indeed, Holly met Dan when he was a producer on ITV children's show Ministry Of Mayhem, which Wolloughby was a presenter on.

Their romance blossomed into a strong marriage and, as we know, they have three beautiful children together, so really, what's the harm?

What is your opinion on office romance? Do you agree with Holly?
