Holly Willoughby is famous for being a TV presenter but she started her career by working as a model and author. Willoughby got her first TV job when she was just 19 and she hasn’t left the screen ever since.

But what is Holly Willoughby’s net worth? According to Celebrity Net Worth, This Morning host has earned herself quite a fortune. It’s believed she has over $7 million in her pocket. But her salary for one particular show made people very angry.

Holly Willoughby’s salary in 2019

According to the Mirror’s report, Holly Willoughby earned a staggering salary for hosting I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! last year.

The presenter replaced Ant McPartlin, who took a break from television to recover from his addictions. The 38-year-old moved from the comfortable and warm This Morning studio to the Australian jungle without a trace of doubt.

Perhaps the money she was offered was too good to walk away from. It’s believed that Holly Willoughby earned over $29,000 a day for three weeks when she was shooting the show in Australia.

Fans are enraged

@Michelle Higgins:

What an insult sharing that this time of year while some people are struggling and don’t even earn that a year am sure that’s a comfort to them knowing that she earned that a day oh plus free holiday out of it it’s a joke

@Sonia Lovell:

That is totally obscene. Must make nurses , ambulance paramedics, firemen and the police sick. She is not worth that amount of money. It makes me so angry. ( signed by a nurses mum) !!!

@Diane Jarvis:

And am expected to live on £6500 a year state pension

@Phil Wright:

Obscene. The NHS is in crisis. The police have had their resources cut. We have homeless people and food banks in the uk. And she is earning that much!! Disgusting.

What do you think about it? Is Willoughby worth such amount of money or should she have been paid much less?
