Alex Trebek makes a rare public appearance

On Friday, Alex Trebek surprised his multiple fans when joined Pat Sajak and Vanna White on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The fabulous trio came to support their good old friend, producer Harry Friedman, who worked on Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy for many years.

Alex Trebek said on co-working with Friedman:

He's always pushing the envelope, he's very imaginative, he works hard to stay ahead of the game.

Alex seemed to be in high spirits as he looked great posing in front of the cameras with Pat Sajak and Vanna White. Need to remind that Trebek is currently treated from stage 4 pancreatic cancer.

Alex Trebek: health update

Recently, Alex Trebek shared an update on his ongoing cancer battle. The beloved host admitted that he is losing hair due to chemotherapy and he has to wear a wig on the show.

Alex added:

I'm hanging in… I’m not afraid of dying. I’ve lived a good life, a full life, and I’m nearing the end of that life … if it happens, why should I be afraid of it?

Trebek, who is a father of two, admits the only thing he regrets is not having grandchildren yet. Nevertheless, we hope Alex will become a granddad someday.

We keep praying for his recovery and wish Trebek to never lose faith.
