What should you do when you hate?

Whenever you feel hateful, do not react to your emotions since hate creates irrational and violent outcomes that cannot be undone. Some steps that one should follow when feeling hateful include taking deep breaths to relax, and challenging the irrational thoughts by replacing them with balanced thoughts.

Additionally, when you feel hateful towards another person, avoid meeting or contacting them and distract yourself with activity. With little contact, the possibilities of developing negative feelings are significantly reduced as you can work out your differences with time.

In your life, hate should be an emotion that you control since caving to its destructive power will affect the positive development of your physiological and general wellbeing.
