Bride Achieves Her Dream Of Losing 4 Stones In Just 6 Months To Fit Into Her Wedding Dress Which Was Three Sizes Too Small

A major transformation
With her wedding in 6 months, Samantha Parramore, who was weighing 17st 5lbs, decided to set a goal for herself to lose 4 stones before the wedding.
Her recruitment consultant chose to buy a dress which was three sizes too small to make sure that dream came true.
32-year-old Samantha had always struggled with her weight since she was 16.
Determined to shed her weight, Samantha visited several slimming clubs but did not succeed in losing weight as a result of her eating habits.
The bride admitted that she had an addiction for cookies and had difficulty in refusing food even when she was not hungry at all.
Desperate to fit into her wedding dress, she asked her mom and fiancé Warwick for advice on what to do.
Her mom suggested the Lighterlife Total plan to her. Her weight loss journey started at the Lighterlife Xpress Slimming Club, where she met Emma, her mentor.
The meeting helped her change her mindset about her eating habits. In just the first week, she lost 8lbs.
With the help of her family and mentor, she was able to lose 4 stones and by the end of 6 months, not only did she slim down to 13st 5lbs, but she was also able to fit into her wedding dress.

Tips that could help you shed some weight
- Eat healthy food. Make sure you plan your meals and stick to them;
- Exercise regularly and drink enough water;
- Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits;
- Do not skip your breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.
