When a 13-year-old boy appears on the stage of America's Got Talent, as a rule, the judges don’t expect anything out-of-the-ordinary. As a rule, they are polite, make some fun, and just listen. It was all the same with the 13-year-old Jeffrey Li until the boy started singing.
They had a small talk, and it appeared the Chinese-Canadian Jeffrey Li is fond of dogs. Simon Cowell, in his turn, has promised the boy if he would do well at the audition, he would buy him a puppy.
Now, it seems the boy will go home with a new dog because his performance was truly outstanding. He chose to sing “You Raise Me Up” and when asked why, the boy’s answer was shocking.
The thing is this song helped him overcome the times when he felt down and didn’t want anything.
What an unordinary boy whose voice will impress you and give you goosebumps. Just watch the video and see for yourself.
People liked the boy so much that they bombarded him with the questions if he got the dog in the end or not.
