We're all concerned about our age. And from time to time, we get uneasy when we hit the marks of 30, 45, or 60+. We believe it determines who we are, but let me tell you the truth: This statement is totally false.
Scientists have been researching this matter for years and now, they came up with the conclusion that age is nothing compared to the soul and spirit. Brian Nosek, an American social psychologist and a professor of psychology at the University of Virginia, explained to BBC:
The extent to which older adults feel much younger than they are may determine important daily or life decisions for what they will do next.
Do not let yourself feel older than you actually are!
"I miss dressing up and going out!"
One night, a Canadian girl Mahri Smith went to a casino with her besties. Who wouldn't like to hang around with your close friends and chill out? Their initial plan was interrupted by a nice lady in her 60's. Instead of ratting about 'teenagers' lifestyle', she kindly told how amazing they looked that night.
Later on, a senior woman went on remembering the parties and the dress-ups she had with friends in her youth. Smith replied:
Why miss it, we're all out right now, aren't we?
These words just melted this senior lady's heart. She was hesitant at first, but then decided to take some photos with them, which turned out to be unbelievably FABULOUS!
The reactions on social media
Twitter just melted after seeing this post! There are a lot of emotional responses to Mahri Smith and her friends.

If this kind of story did not touch your heart, then probably you should read it one more time. Isn't it great when the youth treats elderly people in a kind and lovely way? It's time to rethink your deeds, people!
