If you find yourself suddenly craving ice, you should know this craving has several possible causes. Compulsory ice eating may be caused by pica, which is a disorder that causes people to eat non-food items. Fluctuating pregnancy hormones may also cause you to crave ice.

Reddened skin on the breast

In most cases, reddened skin on the breast isn’t a sign of anything serious. It may be caused by wearing tight bras. Sometimes, redness may indicate irritation caused by laundry detergent residue on your clothes. Redness may also be a sign of mastitis.

Rarely, redness is caused by inflammatory breast cancer, which is an uncommon but aggressive type of the disease.
