If you exercise a lot or have really sensitive skin, you are certainly well-familiar with this condition. The red and sore patches, rashes, and burning sensation are the main symptoms of chafing. Luckily, you can deal with easily it by yourself!
1. Aloe vera

It has been proven that aloe vera is one of the best natural remedies for skin regeneration. It has basically all the needed microelements for the protection and revitalization. Aloe vera greatly reduces pain and irritation.
- Scoop the aloe vera gel from the plant or buy a 100% aloe vera gel in any pharmacy.
- Apply on the affected area of the skin and let it soak in for 15 – 20 minutes.

2. Cold compress

- Take a good lukewarm bath.
- You will need just a few drops of olive oil.
- Apply the oil to the affected area and gently rub it in. Very gently!
- Repeat the procedure at least once every day.
