2. Avocado oil

One of the trendiest fruits of the 21-st century is indeed highly beneficial for your health. Apparently, its oil is a great source of vitamins and minerals for your skin. Adding to that, it is also a great moisturizer. You will need just 2 teaspoons of the oil. Apply it with the help of cotton pad and gently massage the area. Leave it for at least 15 minutes and rinse with warm water afterward.

3. Apple cider vinegar

  • 1 capsule of vitamin E;
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and by using a cotton pad, apply to the area. Then massage your neck for a few minutes and let the mixture do its job for another 20-30 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Repeating this procedure 3 times a week before going to sleep is more than enough to see the visible results.

  • 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt;
  • 1 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast;
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat germ oil.

Create a paste by mixing the ingredients thoroughly. Apply it on your skin and let it dry for at least 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. It is recommended to repeat this procedure 3-4 times a week for strong results.

Although the process of aging is inevitable, we can slow it down. Remember, not only proper daily care but also your eating habits and regular physical activity can affect your skin. Therefore, to slow down the occurrence of the wrinkles, you need to:
