Ingredients:

  • 150 ml soy milk;
  • 3 bananas;
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar;
  • Green tea powder and hot water (2 tablespoons each);
  • 100 grams of silken tofu.

Preparation:

First, remove the excess moisture from the tofu by pressing it. Next, make the green tea paste and mix the powder (green tea) and hot water. Then put all ingredients into a blender until its smooth. Take the mixture and pour into a container then freeze overnight while stirring it every 2 hours (repeat 3 times). Finally, remove from the freezer and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas;
  • ¼ cup soy milk;
  • 1/3 cup applesauce;
  • Vanilla extract and ground cinnamon (1 tablespoon each);
  • 2 cups of gluten-free oats;
  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips.

Preparation:

Begin by preheating the oven to 350F. Smash your bananas until they are smooth and add the wet ingredients and follow up with the dry ones as you mix. When the oats and chocolate chips are evenly coated use a spoon to transfer onto the cooking sheet with the mixture spread about 2 inches from one another. After baking for 20 minutes let the cookies harden for 10 minutes then store in a fridge for better taste.

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of okara (fresh);
  • 1 tablespoon of soy milk (unprocessed);
  • ½ tablespoons of honey.

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350F then using a bowl mix all ingredients by hand until everything is evenly combined. Next, divide the dough into 8 small pieces and roll them into rounds by gently pressing down. Next, bake the dough at 350F for 18-20 minutes to finish. Preferably, eat them with a drink since they might feel dry.
