The hero of our story certainly proves that adrenaline can have a positive effect on a body, and he's more than happy to do whatever it takes to get his blood pumping.
Ziplining to a world record
106-year-old Jack Reynolds became the oldest person to ride zip wire. He demonstrated his young spirit by bravely taking on the extreme activity, and he really enjoyed it!
Jack's bravery landed him in the Guinness Book of World Records, so he made an incredible achievement while having loads of fun.
One year before, he tackled the rollercoaster
For his 105th birthday, Jack also decided to do something thrilling by riding an extreme rollercoaster, which broke yet another record for the oldest person to take on the crazy ride.
Maybe Jack should aim to break the world's record for the oldest skydiver for his 107th birthday? Current champ was 102 years old when he completed the exciting jump.
Jack Reynolds is an incredibly inspiring gentleman. We applaud him!
