Eighty but, ain't achy!

About 4 years ago, 80-year-old Marjorie Scholes took up gymnastics and joined the classes. She got inspired after watching her daughter and granddaughter compete in a tournament. Recently, the iron lady earned a silver medal in Adult Gymnastics British Championships. She appeared on Good Morning Britain to show us lazies what she's all about.

Marjorie made the audience roar in wonder with her amazing bends and stretches. The hosts were in awe of her flexibility and stamina. What amazed them the most was how she wasn't even out of breath.

Scholes motivated others by narrating her own story. Once she started relishing the results of hard work, she just couldn't stop.

Another elderly athlete

At the age of 100, Man Kaur from India broke many records in senior women championships. Just like Marjorie, she adopted a fitness routine very late. She was 93 when she took up running and never gave it up.

These ladies are redefining the limitations of old age. If the spirit is strong it can stun the world at any age. Share this and pass on the inspiration.
