'Biggest Loser' Star Jillian Michaels And Her Ex-Partner Heidi Rhoades Are Making Their Split Final

In June 2018, celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels and her partner Heidi Rhoades announced upsetting news.
They've been together for nearly 9 years and were planning to get married, but it wasn’t meant to be. Jillian shared the news on Instagram, writing in her post:
We’ve found we’re better friends and parents living apart than staying together.
And now, they are finally making their separation official.
The final split
If anyone had hopes that the two would get back together, these hopes have been dashed. Heidi has filed documents to end her and Jillian’s domestic partnership, TMZ reported on Tuesday.
The ex-couple has two children, 9-year-old daughter Lukensia and 6-year-old son Phoenix. Heidi is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the kids and is also asking for spousal support, TMZ has learned.
Jillian and Heidi have been on good terms after the split, so it’s safe to assume they will resolve the issue in the most amicable way possible.
No rush to be back in the game
In September, a few months after the separation announcement, Jillian spoke to Us Weekly. She said she’s satisfied with being single and is in no rush to get back into the dating game.
The fitness guru told the magazine:
I feel like I am going to take a beat on the dating thing. That is a special slice of hell. Heidi remains one of my best friends and coparents. But the dating thing is like, yeah, that sucks. Wow.
She added that she has little time to think about dating and taking care of her two kids is her top priority.
