Nonetheless, it doesn’t mean that the Sussex pair won’t get any help. It’s believed that the couple is planning on inviting Meghan’s mom, Doria, and relying on her assistance.

It’s not a bad position for Doria as we heard she’ll get the whole wing in the couple’s new house all to herself. However, Meghan’s half-sister Samantha doesn’t think that those reports are true.

Samantha’s new attack

Samantha Markle has added her two cents on the nanny debate. She is absolutely certain that Meghan will get paid help.

The 54-year-old commented to ET:

I'm pretty sure that her threshold for stress could be quite low in the beginning. How many rooms in Frogmore? I can see them all being filled with nannies…

Samantha also warns the potential nanny, saying that she needs to be “strong enough” or else she will be “left in tears.”

Markle claimed:

Meghan is very strong-minded, and there will definitely be a butting of heads, but Meghan could learn and grow from that. So if the nanny is strong enough, then she won't be left in tears.

Canadian royal historian Carolyn Harris says nowadays Royal nannies are not like they used to be as they receive “much more supervision.”

Harris noted that any problem with childcare staff will be noticed much more quickly as the modern royal parents are much more involved in their kids’ daily routines. So even if the Sussex couple will decide to get extra help, they still will be 100% present in their child’s life.
