The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss has been into troubles with his wife of five years, Laura Kaeppeler.

Fleiss and Kaeppeler tied the knot on April 6, 2014, at his Malibu home in a romantic wedding ceremony officiated by Bachelor host, Chris Harrison. The couple has one child together, a four-year-old son Benjamin.

However, the American couple has faced some problems in their romance, and the TV mogul filed for a divorce earlier this month, citing "irreconcilable differences" per the report obtained by The Blast.

Despite the official reason for the split, it turned out there's more than just a clash of two spouses. According to Laura's restraining order, she has accused her husband Mike of domestic abuse. According to court documents obtained by ET, Laura Kaeppeler has stated "verbal abuse" from Mike's side and the outrage she's faced during the marriage. Also, he once threatened her to "shove down the stairs."

The restraining order also gives Laura the permission to keep the full custody of their son and forbids Mike to see his child or allows him to be within 100 yards away. The 31-year beauty pageant star has also confirmed Mike demanded to abort a child she's bearing now. Fleiss wants to have one child and the news about the second pregnancy reportedly makes him outraged.

Mike told me, 'If you have an abortion, then we can just go back to the way we were.'

There are some other horrifying details of Laura's statement, so let's just keep it less public until the official hearing, which is to happen on August 6.

People aren't surprised by Mike's behavior

The most important is to keep the children safe from potential violence.
