'Goldfinger' & 'From Russia With Love' Actress Nadja Regin Has Passed Away At 87

The early cosmopolitan divas had laid the foundation of modern Hollywood actresses. Apart from their beauty, they had undeniable charm and an elegant poise to captivate the audiences. Nadja Regin will be remembered for all the talent she's contributed to the industry.

The multilingual scarlet was born in as Nadezda Poderegin in Kraljevo, a town in present-day called Serbia. Her passion led her to graduate from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade.

She is best-known for her work in early James Bond franchises. In From Russia with Love, she did the role of a mistress to Kerim Bey. With a cameo appearance in the pre-credit sequence of the movie, Goldfinger, she acted alongside Sean Connery.

According to DailyMail UK, the bond girl, Nadja had passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019. She was 87 years old at the time of her demise. Her officially closest one was her sister, Jelena. They had collaboratively formed a small publishing company, Honeyglen Publishing Ltd. It specializes in belles lettres, biography, philosophy of history, and some fiction.

Regin also had a Degree in Philosophy from the University of Belgrade. She wrote several memoirs titled Recollections, along with her latest project of a novel, The Victims and the Fools.
