Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer

The Jeopardy! host made a shocking announcement on the show back in March that he had been diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Alex, who chose not to keep his disease a secret in an emotional video, told his fans he is not going to give up despite the discouraging prognosis.

Health update on cancer battle

Alex is getting nothing but love from everyone. The beloved TV host got a standing ovation from the crowd when he was introduced as a presenter at the NHL Awards.

The Jeopardy! host who received a warm welcome from the crowd shared an important update on his battle with cancer at the event. Speaking about his health update after being diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer, Alex said:

I'm feeling pretty good. I have good days and a few days after chemo that kind of lay me low for a little bit. But overall I'm improving. My numbers are improving. And I've very positive about the outcome.

His painful days

In an interview with CBS, the TV host shared an important update on his cancer battle. Alex revealed that his cancer battle isn’t going easy for him. He said:

This got really bad. I was on the floor writhing in pain… It happened three or four times a day while we were taping. I writhed in pain and cried in pain.
