Are Sexual Allegations Against Her Husband, Les Moonves, The Reason Julie Chen Leaves "The Talk"?

Leslie Moonves has been a powerful media executive for more than two decades. Apart from his work, he has also been a prominent advocate for #MeToo movement.

But recently, it has all changed when the man was accused of sexual harassment by six women. Some of them said that the chairman and C.E.O. of CBS Corporation forcibly kissed and touched them, while others described being physically intimidated by him.

Julie, who has been married to Les for almost 14 years, absolutely supports him in his combat. In one of her Twitter posts, she defended him, saying that Moonves is one of the most decent and moral human beings.

But it looks like the family needs to spend some time together, that is why Chen decided to leave the program. As she said in a pre-taped video message broadcast on the talk show:

Right now, I need to spend more time at home with my husband and our young son, so I have decided to leave.

Leslie stepped out of his duties a few days as well, and we hope the family will go through the scandal together.
