Hugh Jackman And His Wife 'Healed' Nicole Kidman After Her Divorce From Tom Cruise In The Most Touching Way

The popular Hollywood actors Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise got divorced back in 2001, after more than ten years of marriage.

During one of the interviews, the actress revealed she was begging Tom not to end their marriage, but he was persistent at his decision to separate. It was such a big tragedy for Kidman that, unfortunately, she lost their baby they have recently conceived.

Nicole claimed Tom left her without explaining the reason and without warning, and also refused to discuss their problems. But, fortunately, there were people who were ready to support Kidman at any moment.

How Hugh Jackman and his wife helped Nicole

Nicole Kidman says that Hugh Jackman and Deborra-Lee Furness supported her a lot after the divorce with Tom Cruise.

During her interview with Australian Women's Weekly, the actress revealed they were a great part of her healing process after the divorce, and she is very thankful for having such wonderful people in her life.

When I got divorced, Hugh and Deb were so much a part of my healing. They were some of my best friends through that period

Deborra and Nicole know each other since their teenage years, when they were still couch surfing in Los Angeles.

I do remember Tom Cruise ringing the house when she landed the role [in Days of Thunder]. Nic was always very cool and took it all in her stride.

By the way, Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise have two children together – 26-year-old daughter Isabella and 24-year-old son Connor.
