Date May 7, 2019

The popular Australian-British singer, songwriter, and actress Kylie Minogue was diagnosed with breast cancer back in 2005, while Minogue was on her Showgirl: The Greatest Hits Tour.

Fortunately, she managed to battle the hard disease, and after some time, Kylie even resumed the tour Showgirl: The Homecoming Tour.

The reason she never had children

Kylie Minogue has finally revealed the true reason why she never had any children. During one of the interviews, she opened up that the diagnosis completely changed her whole life, and prevented her from having kids.

I was 36 when I had my diagnosis. Realistically, you're getting to the late side of things.

Before being diagnosed with breast cancer, Kylie Minogue was not ready to become a mother. And later, she was not able to make her dream come true.

Nevertheless, the singer tries to stay positive and never gives up. Of course, sometimes, she thinks about what her life would be like if she could be a mother.

I don't want to dwell on it, obviously, but I wonder what that would have been like. Everyone will say there are options, but I don't know.

About love at 50

In 2018, the singer started dating her partner, the 44-year-old Paul Solomons. Kylie Minogue also opened up about finding love at 50.

I feel comfortable with who I am. And to have someone to share with and help you when it’s not going right and times are tough ... It’s so precious.

Kylie Minogue finally revealed the reason why she never had children, and the reason is mind-breaking.
